Plot
Warning: spoilers
This film contrasts the harsh lives of stray dogs roaming the town in search of their puppies with those of more fortunate canines—contest winners, police dogs, circus performers, and fighting dogs. While the privileged dogs enjoy purpose and care, the strays face a gloomy fate, often ending up under the wheels of a car or in the hands of the dogcatcher.
