After refusing a power-enhancing drug due to its hallucinogenic side effects, kickboxer Jack is dropped by his manager. Strapped for cash, he accepts teammate Kevin's offer to deliver cocaine, but the job is a setup to steal business from drug lord Henry. Jack lands in prison alongside Axel, who was caught in the same deal. Corrupt promoter Parker arranges a fight between now-rivals Kevin and Jack and bets heavily on Jack, pumping him full of the experimental drug to unleash his ultimate fighting power while making Kevin appear as a fearsome robot. Crazed by the drug, Jack wins and can finally leave the ring for a peaceful life.
