Plot
A patriotic American soldier becomes the supersoldier Captain America during World War II. After trying to sabotage Red Skull's rockets, he is frozen until the 1990s, when he wakes to find his enemy plotting to kidnap the President.

In World War II, a brave, patriotic American soldier undergoes experiments to become the supersoldier Captain America. He races to Germany to sabotage the rockets of the Nazi villain Red Skull, but ends up frozen until the 1990s. Upon reawakening, he discovers that Red Skull has changed identities and is now planning to kidnap the President of the United States.
