Plot
Warning: spoilers
The film centers on Grimsel-West, a project to expand the hydroelectric plant in the Hasli Valley that was submitted on 30 June 1988 but now appears fairly improbable. Conceived as a form of protest against building a new dam, it probes the deeper unease provoked by plans to exploit the natural environment.
