Chan Sir and Tong Sir recruit nine police officers born in the Year of the Dragon to practice an array and drive ghosts out of a haunted police school. Inspector Li Lan Yuk's arrogance alienates the others, who play pranks on her. Upon learning the training's goal is to seize ghosts, everyone leaves, but the camp is already controlled by the spirits, forcing them to stay and help Chan. On the Lunar night of July 14, when Chan cannot capture the ghosts, Madam Lee uses family secrets to become a Taoist priestess and fight them. In the end, Lee and the master drive out all the ghosts.
